Comment with your favorite healthy recipe!

Hi everyone! I invite you to comment here with your favorite healthy recipe. I'll pick one and make it, and post photos and my thoughts back here.

  1. I had lots of extra cucumbers around the house that were going to "go bad" so I decided to make a healthy cucumber salad. Here is the recipe:

    3 cucumbers peeled and sliced thin
    1/4 cup of thinly sliced red onion
    Place in a bowl. Add salt and pepper. 1 tablespoon of vinegar and a dash of sugar. Let it sit for 15 minutes. Add 1/4 cup of lowfat sour cream. Mix and chill. Enjoy.
