Kick-boxing bummer

I thought this morning's kick-boxing class was going to be taught by a guy named, Albert, who guest taught in a class I attended last week. I really loved his intensity, and was pumped about taking a full hour with him this morning. I got there, and the sub said he was traveling. :-(

So, I took class with someone else - I didn't even catch her name. All I can say is - BORING. It was just repetitive kicks and punches. 

At any rate, I think the rest of the weekend will be good. I have a friend and her children coming to visit, and they want to do a lot of sightseeing in NYC. You know what that means - lots of walking! And the weather is awesome, so I am ready and roaring to go!
