Now I know how a donkey feels!

Today's personal training was a real butt-kicker. I even got a little nauseated at one point. There was a lot of leg exercises that got my heart rate soaring. She even turned me into a work horse - I had to pull her along behind me while I did walking lunges across the fitness room floor. We did so with a band around my waist. She's a little thing, but I envisioned those poor donkeys I see on the Amish farms of Lancaster County, pulling farmers along to plow fields. I felt like the donkey!

Next session I am going to begin taking photos of "the exercise of the day," and post them here, with instructions on how to complete the exercise, along with the benefits. That way, you too, can join in the fun! Hee-haw!!
