Back in the day, doing 2, even 3 classes back to back was no big deal. At Yorktowne, I remember stepping, kicking and doing Pump all in a 3 hour period, and could still take Char for a good walk later. Today, I was hurting. It was my knees. I am finding after I spin (did it 3 times this week), that my left knee "bothers" me a little. Then when we were doing the lunges track in Pump, ooh-la-la - it really bothered me. I felt old. :-(
I was definitely challenged. I do hope that with time, this all gets easier. Two classes back to back made me worry about next week, when I will have PT after taking a class.
We shall see how it goes.
