Sore Muscles!

God, I am so sore this morning. You know it's gonna be bad when you're laying in bed and it hurts! It's mostly in my shoulders and upper back. Which means the band work we do today in Stroller Strides will hurt like a you-know-what! What's that saying, "no guts, no glory," "no pain, no gain," "I must-I must-I must increase my bust." No, that's definitely not it! Haha

Time to check in: it really wasn't so bad. The muscles definately hurt when they're cold, but once I got warmed up, it was just a slight pain. I was "comfortably uncomfortable" to quote the spin-queen, Hazel, from Can Do.  My trainer texted me today too, to see how I was feeling. Wouldn't it have been funny to write back and say, "Can't move, can't lift arms, can barely type this message."
I told her I was sore, and that I am looking forward to round 2 on Friday!
