To Buy Shoes or Not Buy Shoes? Is that really a question!

Seriously though, while I may be a shoe-hound, I am questioning if I really want to buy a pair of shoes for spinning class. I have heard from the instructors that the cycling shoes that attach onto the pedals of the bikes make all the difference. They claim these shoes make you more productive, and that once you start using these shoes, you'll never want to spin again in regular sneakers.

I am considering them for a couple of reasons: my feet sometimes cramp up or go numb when I am spinning. I am hoping the shoes would alleviate that. I also want to get the most out of these classes. So, if the shoes can give me a better workout, I'm all for it.

So, if any of you have used spinning shoes, and feel they are a good investment, please comment. I'd love to hear your thoughts. And if you recommend a particular brand, that's helpful too.

Now if I could find something to cushion my tailbone! hee hee
