I can see my collar-bones!

I know I haven't posted any results yet on how my new fitness regimen is coming along. To be honest, I haven't weighed myself or measured myself since we started. However, in 2 weeks I am having it done at the gym. 

I will say that in the 3 weeks since I changed my eating habits, kicked up my exercise and started training with a professional I do see some differences. The first is not one I am happy about - my boobies are getting smaller! I know it's inevitable, but still. I just keep telling myself that if the boobs are shrinking the rest of me is next.

This morning I noticed my collar bones sticking out. Just a little, but they are definately visible now. Guess that layer of fluff over them is going away!

My arms and legs are becoming more toned too. I feel stronger as well. Mentally I am changing too - I feel better about myself. Going to the gym each day makes me feel good - I can't really explain it. It's like getting that runner's high that marathoners speak of. (I wouldn't know, I am not a runner. But, I am sure my friend Desiree could tell us all about it. She loves to run!)

At any rate, I look forward to the results I'll see in 2 weeks. Hope to share some good news with you all!
