From my perspective.. it the best workout I have ever done and I'm seeing results for the first time ever.. Its hard! Pushups.. pull ups.. plyometrics...craziness.. but I feel so much stronger and leaner doing it! I would recommend it to anyone! The only stipulation is its not for beginner workout people. P90 is for beginners .. p 90X is for people already in shape looking to take their workout to the extreme!

I have been doing P90X for 4 weeks. The workouts are truly intense and there are still things that I can't fully do and need to modify. However, I feel stronger,leaner and have more energy. It definately is NOT for beginners. Also, you must be a self-motivated and DEDICATED person to complete this on your own. You must also be very careful and conscious on your form when working out. Cheating will not get you the results you want and you could hurt yourself. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this program to anyone that meets the "minimum fitness requirements." Personally, the Kempo and Core synergistics in the program are my favorites. It's a great workout. find a friend that has it and try it!
