Meet the Trainer


Here's my new trainer, Cheryl. She's an instructor and personal trainer at Can Do Fitness. I take her kickboxing and spinning class, and really like her style. We start my PT this Friday, and we'll be working together 2x a week for the next 5 weeks or so. Will it be an hour of hell? Likely! 

Her words echo in my mind every time I open the fridge, "It's all about what you put in your mouth."  So the last two days I've been very good about my selections. I've had fruit and bran cereal for breakfast, a nice salad yesterday for lunch, meatloaf for dinner, and today I had a healthy breakfast and lunch as well. 
I'm not sure I am going to keep a food journal here. Only because I think it could be boring for everyone. If you really want me to keep it here, let me know, and I'll be happy to do that. But, I must admit, I won't be too good at measuring my portion sizes.
