Today we used the TRX straps and did some jumping squats, one-legged squats and chest flies.
We also used the kettle bells for some shoulder presses, and these swinging arm things that I can't remember the name of. I did pushups, mountain climbers, and some fun stuff in the boxing room. I layed on my back and did leg presses by pushing Jonathan (who was protected by a punching pad) away from me with my feet. It was a great, sweaty time as usual. And afterward I completed my 40 min of post-workout cardio on the treadmill. Walking at 3.5 on an incline of 6. Since I've started this program, I now use earphones when on the treadmill, and can honestly say I am addicted to the Wendy Williams show! Her gossip cracks me up!
