One more training session left

Monday will be my last training session for the Velocity weight loss program I have been following for nearly a month. I'm sad to see them end. The workouts with Jonathan have been intense, challenging and really have increased my strength, and metabolism.

Today we did work on the box - jumping with two feet on top and back down, going across the box (imagine going across a step in step class), and pushup jumps on the box. I also had to hang off a chin-up bar, with my knees tucked in toward my chest. Damn, my hand strength must not be very good, because I felt like I was slipping the whole time. We also went to the boxing room to do squat kicks with the bag. That was fun!

So, next Wednesday I'll be weighed, remeasured and have my body fat retested. I'm very anxious to see the results on paper. I definitely see the results when I look in the mirror. My hubby even bought me some new, smaller workout clothing yesterday! That felt great! And today, I snuck into the dance class for the last 15 minutes when I finished personal training, and a gal I see around the gym came up to me and asked me what I am doing, because "you are shrinking!" Awesome!

I have 5 days to stick to this routine, and eating plan. I'm hoping to see great results (10 pounds would make me happy). When Thursday rolls around, I am going to try like crazy to stay motivated and true to the plan, so that I can meet my goal weight. I know if I stick with this for a couple of months longer, I'll get there. But, I will say, that come Wednesday I am celebrating with something delicious. Not sure what yet, but its gonna be good!
