I have eaten properly all day, and don't feel hungry. And I got through today's workout, which was 40 minutes of intervals on the treadmill (run for a minute, walk for a minute). My only complaint would be how utterly sore my body feels after yesterday's personal training session. Good God, my glutes hurt!!
Tomorrow it's back to personal training again. I saw Jonathan at the gym this morning and he asked how I felt. When I gave him the report, he smiled and said, "Good." I gave him the thumb's up, but really felt like using a different finger! Seriously though, if he get this stubborn weight to come off, I'll sing his praises forever.
