Another week is over. And I am so done with this eating plan. Honestly, I can't wait for the month to be over, so I can modify this eating to a lifestyle I can live with. I don't plan to give up all of the good habits it has taught me, like eating 5 small meals a day, or having a protein with each meal. But, I am sick of eating so many damn vegetables. And don't get me wrong, I love vegetables. Just 2 cups with each meal (that's 10 cups a day folks) is too much for me. And it would be different if I could slather butter, or some fake version of margarine on them, but I can't. The diet doesn't allow for it. At any rate, when the month is over, I won't go crazy stuffing my face with whatever I can get my hands on, but I will chill out a little.
I am really excited to see if all of this hard work and sacrifice the last 2 weeks is paying off. Wednesday is the day for remeasuring and weighing in. I feel like the scale has to have moved a few pounds in the downward direction. God I hope. This coming week takes the eating and exercise up another notch. I now will exercise 7 days this week and next week. And the eating plan changes again (mostly just moving the foods around based on which meal of the day it is). The last 2 weeks are go or go-home weeks. So, I am really hoping to see results then.
