Ready for my trainer

This week my trainer has been on vacation, and I am missing those butt-kicking sessions. Not because I don't think I am getting a good weight-resistance workout on my own (I did 3 body pump classes this week), but because working out with her gives me mental satisfaction. With her, I know I pushed myself to the  limit. When I am on my own, I have a tendency to use lighter weights, and maybe shave a rep off at the end. (Shhh!) So, I find myself questioning, could I have worked out harder, better, longer. With a trainer, I have peace of mind.
