Want to work out and can't get to the gym? Grab your laptop!

I discovered something really cool...a tool that let's me create my own personalized workout video!
Fitness Magazine offers it on their website: www.fitnessmagazine.com.

I went there and was given the options of selecting the areas of my body I want to target. Easy - thighs, butt and abs. Then I selected the goodies I have at home to workout with, like a yoga mat, towel and 5 pound weights. Next, I chose how much time I had to workout - a half hour. With the click of a button, a customized video was created just for me! It includes 12 different exercises, each video taped in a living room setting. There's a narrator who tells me what to do, and what areas of the body I am targeting with each exercise. And the amazingly toned figure of the woman exercising only serves to inspire me when the cameraman zooms in on her body parts. (you know it had to be a man zooming in on this chick!)

They also offer some pre-made videos, like "Lose the Baby Weight," "The Celebrity Workout," and more.

So the next time that the gym closes due to snow and ice, you can still work out in your living room. Just grab the laptop and get to work!
