Check out this article from Real Simple that lists 7 Secretly Unhealthy Foods. These are the foods that you thought were good for you, and like me, might consume on a daily basis in your quest to lose or maintain weight.
1) Energy Bars - Oh dear! You mean those fun little Reeses Pieces energy bars are not good for me??
2) Granola - I rarely eat this, but some of you might.
3) Smoothies - Say it isn't so, I LOVE me some smoothies!
4) Vitamin or Sports Drinks - Really? Thank goodness Vitamin Water's Zero Lemonade doesn't count.
5) Fat Free Foods - So much for eating a bag of fat free chips
6) Salads - I think we all know that a little lettuce with your Ranch dressing is not the best choice
7) Wraps - Anything wrapped in lettuce has to be deceitful
