Turkey skin is good for you? Really?


I just read an article on CNN that says eating turkey skin isn't so bad for you. I have to admit, I love the crunchy, golden brown skin on a turkey. It's so flavorful, and with a mouth full of yummy like that, I just assumed it was a cardiac-event waiting to happen. Not so says a gal from the Harvard School of Public Health.
